Elite Personnel, Inc., founded in 1988 by Lisa Banfield, specializes in providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions to the Washington DC metropolitan area.  Elite remains under Ms. Banfield's leadership and is committed to the Guiding Principles of Customer Service.

Our professional recruiters have an average of 7 years experience in the staffing industry and have spent much of their careers at Elite.   With one of the lowest turnover rates in the business, we provide an unprecedented level of continuity.   This allows us to build and nurture relationships with both our clients and applicants.
